What happens if a bottle arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if a bottle arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to receive a replacement or full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States to states where local laws permit the direct shipment of wine and spirits.

Can I return a wine if I don't like the taste?

We cannot accept returns on opened bottles due to personal taste preferences. However, if a wine is 'corked' or flawed, please contact our experts for a store credit or exchange.

How do you ensure wine quality during extreme weather?

During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may offer 'Weather Hold' services to delay shipping until temperatures are safe to ensure the integrity of your wine.
