At Shawn Fine Wine, we strive to ensure every bottle meets your expectations; however, due to the nature of alcohol sales, we can only accept returns on corked or spoiled products within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and at least three-quarters of the bottle's contents.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your item is eligible for return by checking that it is spoiled or damaged and that the bottle is still mostly full.

    Contact Support

    Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the bottle in its original packaging or a secure shipping box to prevent further breakage during transit.

  • 4.
    Final Inspection

    Bring the item to our storefront or ship it back to us for a professional inspection by our sommelier to finalize your refund or exchange.
